4.4 Currency and Conversion

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the bv8 platform are operated through certified software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verified. The result of each game is completely impartial and not predetermined.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, bv8 will determine the outcome of that round based on server logs. If a game is not completed correctly, the bet amount will be refunded. Incorrect winnings displayed due to a software error will be considered void.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting category. Separate limits may apply when placing bets using bonus funds. Bets placed outside the defined limits will be considered void.
